This is a functional green tea designed to reduce visceral fat thanks to its catechins. We use specially processed tea leaves from Fukujuen's master selection, extracted at high temperatures to maximise the astringency. At the same time, we use stone-ground matcha to balance the strong astringency with the rich flavour of the tea.
