Separate the pieces from the tray, heat them up frozen, and no need to cover with plastic wrap.
◎ For steaming:
Place a wet cloth in a steamer that has plenty of steam. Remove the frozen shumai from the tray and arrange them in the steamer. Steam for about 7 minutes.
