There are few changes on our system when you shop at Ichiba Junction.

Pick up

As we have been receiving high volume of orders recently due to Coronavirus, more time is required for us to prepare all orders for you to collect them. We require 7 days for Melbourne and Gold Coast offices' pick up customers, 28 days for Adelaide office's pick up customers.

 

Delivery

For delivery customers, there may be some changes on delivery schedules. If we are not able to deliver your items on the date you have chosen, we will contact you and let you know as soon as possible.

 

Australia Post

Please place orders earlier if possible as delivery may delay.

 

Payment options

Only credit card payment at check-out on website is available from now on.
