KYOTO STYLE KITSUNE DONBURI
京風きつね丼
Ingredients (serves1):
材料 (1人分)
180g cooked rice
180g ご飯
150ml water
150ml 水
45ml Mentsuyu (3 times concentrated soup)
45ml 麺つゆ
10g sugar
10g 砂糖
70g sliced onion
70g 玉ねぎ
1pc deep fried tofu puff
1枚 油揚げ
1pc egg
1個 卵
2 g green onion
2 g 青ネギ
1pinch assorted chilli powder
ひとつまみ 七味
3 Step Recipe:
作り方:
Step 1
Combine 45ml of men-tsuyu, 10g of sugar, and 70g of onion with 150ml of water, then heat until the onion becomes soft.
150mlの水に45mlのめんつゆ、10gの砂糖、70gの玉ねぎを加え、玉ねぎが柔らかくなるまで加熱する。
Step 2
After adding one sheet of aburaage, heat for about two minutes, then drizzle beaten egg over it.
1枚の油揚げを入れた後2分程加熱し、卵を回しかける。
Step 3
Once the egg sets, place it on top of 180g of rice and sprinkle with chopped green onions and shichimi togarashi.
卵が固まったら180gのごはんにのせ、青ネギと七味をかける。
