Ready to eat. Good for sushi, salad, rice, noodle or mix it into dough for making cookie, bread, pizza, etc. You can enjoy a bit different texture and taste if you grind it by yourself.
Keep dry in a room temperature or cool, dark place (25 degrees celsius or under). Beware of water and insect damage.
