After deep fried, it is ready to serve with salad or to serve on rice for Katsudon, or it is great to make Chicken Katsu sandwich as well.
Convention oven: Preheat oven to 180℃ and cook the katsu on a lightly greased oven tray for about 20-25 minutes. Turn the katsu in the half way through.
Deep frying: Preheat oil to 180℃ and fry for 4-5 minutes. Turn the katsu in the half way through.
