These are round noodles characterized by their smoothness and firm texture. We improved them to give a more authentic Chinese noodle appearance. The soup is based on pork and miso, accented with Sichuan pepper and chili. By adding a special paste containing direct-fire roasted sesame, you can fully enjoy the rich flavor and aroma of sesame. We increased the amount of seasoning oil with chili oil to enhance the numbing spiciness. Fragrant sesame, moderately seasoned ground meat, green onions, and chili were added.

ポークと味噌をベースに花椒や唐辛子でアクセントをつけたスープです。直火焙煎練りごまが入った特製ペーストを加えることで、ごまの濃厚さや風味をしっかりと味わうことができる一杯に仕上げました。調味油のラー油を増量し麻辣感を高めました。
風味の良いごま、程良く味付けした肉そぼろ、ねぎ、唐辛子を加えました。
