Caramel sauce made by burning sugar is kneaded into the mousse, and caramel paste adds richness and flavor. I combined it with fragrant walnuts.
Refrigerator thawing (about 5℃): about 2 hours (optimal cut time: about 30 minutes after thawing starts)
Thawing at room temperature (about 25°C): about 1 hour (optimal cutting time: about 15 minutes after thawing starts)
*If you do not want to use the whole amount at once, cut it in a half-thawed state and freeze the unused portion. *After defrosting, please consume as soon as possible within the same day.
