The basis of chawanmushi that is particular about dashi and ingredients. It contains dashi stock and ingredients that are difficult to prepare when making chawanmushi. Contains red snow crab from Tottori prefecture. You can make 2 servings with 1 pack.
*Chawan mushi=steamed egg custard with assorted ingredients
1 egg, 1 chawanmushi mix, 200ml hot water.
1.-Mix the chawanmushi mix in 200ml hot water.
2.- When cool to about 36-37 degrees celcius, add 1 beaten egg and mix.
3.- Pour into two deep heat-resistant containers. Place 2 of the containers in the microwave without wrapping, and heat in the microwave at 500W for about 3 minutes.
