It is the basis of chawanmushi that is particular about dashi and ingredients. It contains dashi stock and ingredients that are difficult to prepare when making chawanmushi. We are particular about the flavourfull taste of the Hokkaido scallops and the freshly made taste. You can make 2 servings with 1 pieces. What you need: 1 egg, 1 chawanmushi mix, 200ml hot water. 1.-Mix the chawanmushi mix in 200ml hot water. 2.- When cool to about 36-37 degrees celcius, add 1 beaten egg and mix. 3.- Pour into two deep heat-resistant containers. Place 2 of the containers in the microwave without wrapping, and heat in the microwave at 500W for about 3 minutes. *Heating time varies depending on the model, wattage, and vessel. 200W・・・10 minutes 300W・・・5 minutes 500W・・・3 minutes 600W・・・2 minutes and 30 seconds * If the contents splatter or the liquid separates after heating at 500W for 3 minutes, shorten the heating time by about 30 seconds.
