No hassle, all you need is water! Flavourful grated yam. When you only need a small portion, it's quick and easy to make without wasting any ingredients. Dashi is made with carefully selected karebushi bonito, kelp, and rock salt. We use yam from Matsushiro, Shinshu, which has an elegant sweetness, and yam from Aomori Prefecture, which has a strong stickiness and a good flavour.
