A mousse cake with a refreshing taste, using Amao strawberries from Fukuoka Prefecture.
Between the sponge and the mousse, we have added an Amaou strawberry sauce.
Raspberry puree is used as a secret ingredient in the mousse to balance the acidity and sweetness.
It is characterised by its deep taste and pleasant texture.
