This tiramisu offers the full flavour of coffee that only professional coffee maker KEY COFFEE can provide.
The syrup and top surface are made from finely ground Kilimanjaro coffee.

The coffee syrup soaked into the sponge is made without sugar for a more mature taste.
The mousse is made with Hokkaido mascarpone, which is as rich as the coffee and has a smooth taste.
This tiramisu allows you to enjoy the aroma and taste of coffee to the full.

コーヒーのプロである、KEY COFFEEならではのコーヒー風味を存分に味わえるティラミス。
キリマンジャロコーヒーのもつ「酸味」と「甘味」をそのまま味わって頂く為に微粉砕したコーヒーを、シロップに使用しました。

しっかりとコーヒーを味わってもらう為、スポンジにしみ込ませたコーヒーシロップには砂糖を入れず、大人な味に。
ムースにはコーヒーの味わいに負けないコクのある北海道産マスカルポーネを配合し、滑らかな味わいに仕上げました。
コーヒーの香り・味わいを大いに楽しんでいただけるティラミスです。
