60g sliced beef 1/4 onion Chotto Donburi Gyudon 1 bag 80ml water 1 portion of Rice Pickled ginger
How to cook
1. Cut the beef into bite-sized pieces and thinly slice the onion. 2. Add water and Chotto Donburi to the pot. 3. Add onions, cover and simmer over medium heat for 2-3 minutes. 4. When the onions are soft, add the beef, cover and simmer over medium heat for 2 to 3 minutes. Once cooked, pour over rice.
