Mild Sukiyaki Sauce with Hana-Katsuo Tailoring

This is a refined and elegant sukiyaki sauce made by combining carefully selected honjozo dark soy sauce and re-brewed soy sauce, along with sugar, hon-mirin, sake, and the first dashi from high quality bonito flakes from Makurazaki. It can be used not only for sukiyaki but also for teriyaki, simmered fish, rice bowls, and various other Japanese dishes.
